Mr. Cleland Cofie Bruce Jnr. was formerly the Chief Operations Officer for the Enterprise Group. Before that, he was the Executive Director of Enterprise Life Assurance Company Limited where he led the company to become the biggest Life Insurer in the country.
C.C. Bruce served as Vice President of the Ghana Insurance Association and Chairman of the Life Council between 2010 and 2014. He also chaired the Life Committee of the African Insurance Organisation from 2009 to 2013. C.C. Bruce has over 30 years of experience in insurance and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII, UK) and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of Ghana (FIIG).
He holds a DipFM (ACCA) and a Master of Arts (Leading Innovation and Change) from York St. John University, UK.
Mad. Yasmin Essilfie-Mensah is the Managing Director. She holds a B.A. degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management. She has over 30 years of working experience in Underwriting and Broking in the Insurance Industry.
Rev. Daniel Annan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, with a Master’s Degree in Finance with over 40 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting and Administration, takes charge of the Finance and Administration.
Mrs. Elly Ohene-Adu is an astute banker with experience spanning almost 37 years, having worked with the Bank of Ghana from 1979 to 2016, rising through the ranks to become the Director, Banking Department. She holds an MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, a BA Hons (Social Sciences) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Services from Boston University.
